My hand pallet truck will not lift

• Pull and hold the control lever up while pumping the handle 8 - 10 times [read more]
• Lower the adjusting nut on the control rod in 1/2 turns [read more]

• Raise the adjusting nut on the control rod in 1/2 turns [read more]

• Tighten push bar jam nut [read more]

• Lower the adjusting nut on the control rod in 1/2 turns [read more]

• Check fuse on charger face [read more]
• Test the AC wall receptacle for proper voltage (110~120 V AC) [read more]

• Find the Lift connector (right side of battery box) and plug it into the Battery connector

• After delivery the negative leads must be connect to the (-) battery terminal [read more]

• Insert the key into the switch, turn it 90 degrees, pull up until you hear a click [read more]
